⏰ Schedule: Flexible | Ideally Hybrid NZT timezone | approx 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Auckland Time
💼 Role Type: Independent Contractor | Full-Time (40 hours a week)
💸 Rate: Approximately ₱850 per hour
About the Role
We’re hiring an Implementation Engineer to join our growing SaaS team. This role sits at the intersection of technology and customer success — ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, integrating systems, and helping enterprise clients make the most of their software tools.
You’ll work closely with Customer Success Managers, Sales, and Engineering teams to design and deliver technical solutions for clients. This is a great opportunity to expand your technical and client-facing experience with a global SaaS organization.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to design and implement technical solutions for enterprise clients.
- Translate client requirements into clear technical configurations or integrations.
- Develop or customize scripts, workflows, or BI dashboards to support customer use cases.
- Configure and integrate APIs or third-party tools to extend product functionality.
- Act as a bridge between Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams, ensuring smooth technical delivery and communication.
- Support customer onboarding and provide technical guidance during implementation.
- Document processes, integration details, and customer setup guides for ongoing use.
About You
- Legally eligible to work in the Philippines as an Independent Contractor.
- Owns a reliable laptop/computer with stable high-speed internet
- 3+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Implementation Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or Customer Success Engineer.
- Strong understanding of relational databases, data models, and data warehouses.
- Proficiency with at least one scripting or programming language (Python, JavaScript, Ruby, or Golang).
- Experience working with APIs (reading documentation, testing endpoints, building integrations).
- Strong organizational and communication skills — able to handle multiple clients and projects.
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) is an advantage.
- Comfortable working remotely with global teams and enterprise clients across time zones.
Bonus points for
🌟 Experience with US-based or fast-paced small companies.🌟 Industry knowledge: construction, logistics, real estate, or similar.
🌟 Experience with SafetyCulture software (PRM or other modules) is a huge plus
