Sales Operations Specialist (Lead Management | Salesforce)

About The Role
We’re hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to support a growing US-based organization with global commercial operations.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales – ensuring inbound leads, campaign responses, and event contacts are captured, validated, and routed accurately inside Salesforce. You’ll play a key role in keeping the sales pipeline organized and moving by ensuring no lead is missed, delayed, or duplicated.

What You’ll Do
Lead Intake & Qualification
- Monitor inbound leads from web forms, email, campaigns, and trade shows.
- Validate new vs. existing records in Salesforce before creating entries.
- Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales representatives.
- Follow up on incomplete submissions or missing data.
- Escalate urgent or high-priority opportunities.
- Ensure no leads remain unworked beyond defined timelines.
Trade Show & Event Lead Processing
- Upload event and trade show contacts into Salesforce.
- Clean, standardize, and validate contact information.
- Assign leads within 24 hours post-event.
- Track follow-up status and conversions.
Salesforce (SFDC) & CRM Management
- Create, update, and maintain accurate lead records in Salesforce.
- Associate leads to campaigns and ensure correct source attribution.
- Maintain required fields and accurate lead status progression.
- Identify duplicates and follow deduplication procedures.
- Perform basic reporting, list building, and data exports.
- Partner with the Salesforce Administrator to resolve routing or workflow issues.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and escalate recurring system issues.
Prospecting & Research Support
- Research target accounts using ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Support outbound and account-based marketing initiatives.
- Assist with segmentation and list building for sales campaigns.
About You
- Legally eligible to work in the Philippines as an Independent Contractor
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Owns a reliable laptop/computer with stable, high-speed internet.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC), especially lead management
- Experience maintaining CRM data accuracy and hygiene
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Reliable, responsive, and accountable
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
