Are you an organized, resourceful communicator looking to work remotely with an impact-driven Aussie team? We’re hiring a full-time Business Development Support Specialist to help drive operations and customer relationships for a growing company that keeps public spaces safer across Australia.
📍 Location: 100% Remote (Philippines-based)
🕘 Schedule: Full-time, AEST (Sydney) hours
💼 Role Type: Independent Contractor
💸 Rate: ₱400/hour (starting, based on experience)

What You’ll Do
You’ll serve as a support hub for the Business Development Manager, taking care of time-consuming sales and operational tasks so they can focus on closing deals. You’ll:
🔍 Prospecting & Research
- Qualify prospects using Apollo, ZoomInfo, Surfe, and mapping tools
- Organize leads and pipelines in Pipedrive
📬 Lead Nurturing
- Launch and monitor cold outreach campaigns
- Respond to inquiries and manage follow-ups
📑 Proposal & Sales Support
- Assist with preparing proposals and coordinating approvals for repairs
- Schedule inspections and set up job orders
📞 Client Comms & Coordination
- Support client engagement and subcontractor quotes
- Maintain accurate CRM records
📦 Admin & Operations
- Manage inboxes, reporting, and documentation
- Help organize recurring tasks via calendar or SOPs
About You
✅ PH-based and legally eligible to work as an Independent Contractor
✅ 2+ years in Admin, Ops, or CRM-based support roles
✅ Confident in written and verbal English
✅ Proficient in Google Suite, Trello, Pipedrive or other CRMs
✅ Proactive and organized—comfortable working without a manual
✅ Self-starter who writes SOPs and builds structure from scratch
✅ Friendly, adaptable, and client-focused
💡 Bonus if you have:
Experience in AU/NZ startups or the construction/safety space
