 As a full-time Revenue Operations Manager you will serve as a trusted advisor to go-to-market leaders, driving key operational processes and metrics to optimize revenue, enhance efficiency, and elevate client engagement. Your role will involve creating insightful reports, analyzing data, and implementing scalable systems and strategies that empower teams to meet ARR and lead generation goals.

📍 Location: 100% Remote (Philippines-based)
⏰ Schedule: Full-time, GMT hours (London, UK)
💼 Role Type: Independent Contractor
💸 Rate: ₱600/hour (starting, based on experience)

We are working with several clients looking to build out their Sales Operations team to support their go-to-market functions!

In this newly created role, you will leverage data to uncover actionable insights, establish efficient, repeatable processes, and deploy tools to support long-term scalability. 

The ideal candidate is proficient in Salesforce, data-driven, solution-oriented, and experienced in collaborating with cross-functional go-to-market teams to deliver impactful results.

In this role you will:

  • Partner with leadership to define, implement, and scale efficient processes across go-to-market teams.
  • Lead sales planning processes, including forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop scalable GTM initiatives for both new and existing strategies.
  • Prepare presentations for leadership showcasing performance metrics and strategic updates.
  • Ensure data accuracy through rigorous quality assurance processes.
  • Create dashboards and ad-hoc reports to monitor KPIs and sales trends.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the go-to-market team, offering insights and advancing operational workflows.
  • Streamline prospecting workflows and enhance customer segmentation using innovative tools and processes.
  • Evaluate and implement new tools to boost go-to-market team productivity.
  • Build scalable processes to support a growing sales organization.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow consistency and operational efficiency.
  • Ad hoc projects as needed

About you:
✅ Legally eligible to work in PH as an Independent Contractor
✅ Strong fluency in written and verbal English
✅ You must have your own laptop / computer and secure, high speed, secure internet access
✅  3+ years of experience in Revenue/Sales Operations (or similar analytical role) in a high-growth sales environment.
✅  Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar.
✅  Deep Salesforce expertise; creating reports and dashboards, providing digestible insights
✅  Demonstrated success in optimizing revenue processes and driving business growth.
✅  Ability to align global, cross-functional teams and deliver impactful solutions.
✅  Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively articulating ideas and strategies to a variety of audiences.
✅  Ability to take initiative and work independently
