💸 Rate: Approximately Php550 to Php600 per hour, depending on experience

They run high-volume live events, webinars, and direct response campaigns across multiple regions simultaneously, which means their marketing and sales engine needs to run without dropping a single ball.
As their GHL Automation Specialist, you own the systems. You build, maintain, and optimize the automated infrastructure that keeps leads moving, campaigns firing, and global operations running at full efficiency inside GoHighLevel. This isn't a support role — you're the system owner who makes everything else possible.
What you'll do
⚙️ Automation & Workflow Development
- Build and manage advanced automations using GHL Workflows, Pipelines, Triggers, and Campaigns to support global event and sales campaigns.
- Create and optimize automated lead nurturing sequences, follow-ups, and sales process flows across email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
- Develop onboarding, retention, and reactivation automations tailored to live seminar and webinar campaign needs.
- Manage broadcast scheduling and waitlist management directly within GHL.
- Continuously optimize existing workflows for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
🔗 Systems Integration
- Own and maintain the GHL ↔ Salesforce integration, ensuring seamless data flow between platforms.
- Connect GoHighLevel with external tools — payment platforms, webinar tools, calendars, and analytics platforms.
- Use Zapier, Make (Integromat), webhooks, and APIs to automate cross-platform processes.
- Troubleshoot integration issues proactively and maintain system stability across all connected platforms.
- Ensure accurate and reliable data synchronization at all times.
📊 CRM & Pipeline Management
- Build and customize pipelines for marketing, sales, and event operations.
- Maintain database integrity across GHL and Salesforce — deduplication, updates, and regular clean-up.
- Set up automated task assignments, notifications, and deal progression logic.
- Maintain clean, structured, and scalable CRM data with strong governance standards.
📣 Marketing Automation Support
- Support campaign execution for live seminars and virtual events by ensuring all automation is in place and firing correctly.
- Create and manage email, SMS, and WhatsApp sequences, tagging systems, and segmentation logic.
- Support funnel builds, landing pages, and form integrations as needed.
- Implement tracking systems including UTMs, triggers, and attribution models.
📈 Reporting, QA & Optimization
- Monitor workflow performance and proactively identify bottlenecks before they become problems.
- Conduct regular QA checks on workflows, automations, and CRM data integrity.
- Build dashboards and automated reports inside GHL to support leadership decision-making.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve conversion rates and campaign efficiency.
🎓 Training & Documentation
- Facilitate training sessions for internal teams on GHL usage and best practices.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, walkthroughs, and onboarding documentation.
- Ensure team members across functions are confident and capable in using GHL systems effectively.
About you
- Legally eligible to work in the Philippines as an Independent Contractor.
- Fluent in written and verbal English (professional communication required).
- Must have your own laptop/computer and secure, high-speed internet.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience — building workflows, pipelines, triggers, funnels, and automations at a campaign operations level.
- Strong Salesforce skills, including CRM integration, database management, and data integrity maintenance.
- Strong proficiency with Zapier, Make (Integromat), APIs, and webhooks for cross-platform integration.
- Solid understanding of direct response marketing funnels, CRM logic, and event-based sales pipelines.
- Proven ability to map business processes into automated systems that work at scale.
- Experience with email, SMS, and WhatsApp automation, segmentation, and tagging logic.
- Strong troubleshooting instincts — you catch problems before they affect campaigns.
- Comfortable training and supporting users with varying levels of technical ability.
