Job role: We're looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed E-Commerce Specialist to join our growing team. You’ll manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, shape our online presence, and help ensure a seamless customer experience through powerful systems and creative strategy.

This is a unique opportunity to combine your creative and operational skills—supporting our internal operations while bringing our digital storefront to life. You’ll work directly with our leadership and systems teams, helping us stay organized, efficient, and customer-centric as we scale.

In this role you will:

This role supports the core operations team, especially across e-commerce platforms, supplier portals, and internal spreadsheets. You’ll help with:

  • Uploading and updating product listings (descriptions, prices, images)
  • Preparing and managing loyalty program onboarding via spreadsheet.
  • Manicuring incoming and outgoing data across platforms.
  • Maintaining Excel Spreadsheets for pricing, inventory, and stock flow
  • Supporting third party supplier onboarding, tracking information and details
  • Helping the team stay on top of recurring admin and data management
  • Occasionally assisting with light order processing or customer follow-up
  • Ad hoc projects as needed

About you:

  • Legally eligible to work in the Philippines.
  • Strong fluency in verbal and written English.
  • As an independent contractor, you must have your own laptop / computer and secure, high speed internet access.
  • 2+ years experience in e-commerce support, data management, admin, or virtual assistant roles
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry, clean formatting)
  • Experience with inventory platforms like Shopify and Cin7
  • Detail-obsessed — you like things correct, clean, and complete
  • A versatile learner able to follow existing systems and make suggestions for improvement when issues arise

Bonus points for

  • Xero or accounting/bookkeeping basics
  • Shopify admin or backend CMS
  • Marketplacer or other Supplier Portals
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research

  • Hourly rate: PHP ₱300 starting rate per hour depending on experience
