Bookkeeper (Active Pooling)

Are you a detail-oriented bookkeeper with solid experience working remotely? We’re building a talent pool of Bookkeepers to support our growing client base across the UK, US, AU, NZ and beyond.

We’re looking for experienced, independent professionals based in the Philippines who are confident in managing financial records, reconciling accounts, processing payroll, and ensuring financial data is clean, accurate, and up to date. If you thrive in fast-paced, remote work environments and enjoy taking ownership of financial processes then this is for you.

The Essentials:

• Location: 100% Remote (Philippine-based)
• Schedule: Full-time or part-time, depending on client needs
• Hours: Varies (GMT, EST, or AEST depending on client)
• Role Type: Independent Contractor
• Rate: Starting at P400/hour (based on experience)

• Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping tasks for one or more clients

• Record financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and generate reports

• Handle invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and follow up on payments

• Process payroll and employee reimbursements

• Assist with VAT returns and other tax compliance needs (as required)

• Help build out or improve financial processes and documentation

• Work with cloud-based accounting tools like Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB

• Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams

• Have at least 3 years of general bookkeeping experience

• Are proficient in Accounting Software

• Have solid knowledge in accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and reconciliation

• Can communicate clearly with clients via email and video

• Are comfortable working across multiple time zones and industries

• Know your way around Excel, Google Sheets, and cloud-based tools

• Have your own laptop and reliable internet connection

• Are organized, proactive, and used to working independently

•  Working in fast-paced start-up environments
