As a versatile Digital Marketing Specialist you’ll help develop and execute marketing initiatives across content creation, social media management, and copywriting. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align marketing initiatives, ensure brand consistency, and support cross-functional goals.

🌟 Location: 100% Remote (Philippines-based)
🌟 Schedule: 40 hours per week, US time zones (PST & CST) hours
🌟 Role Type: Independent Contractor
🌟 Starting Rate: ₱450/hour (based on experience)

What you’ll do: You will collaborate closely with company leaders to craft and implement a marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, enhances engagement, and supports business growth. This position requires a unique blend of creative expertise and strategic thinking, with hands-on execution across a variety of channels.

🌟 Content Creation & Strategy

  • Develop and execute a content calendar across multiple channels
  • Create engaging digital assets including static images, graphics, animations, and short-form videos (Canva or Adobe suite preferred)
  • Write and edit blog posts, white papers, email campaigns, and branded content
  • Collaborate on interviews, media placements, and magazine articles

📱 Social Media Management

  • Plan, schedule, and publish social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Grow engagement and followers through creative campaigns and community interaction
  • Use tools like Buffer, Later, or similar to manage posting workflows

✍️ Copywriting

  • Write clear, compelling copy across all brand touchpoints
  • Tailor messaging for different audiences and formats, including web, email, and social media
  • Optimize copy for SEO and readability

📈 Strategy, Analysis & Special Projects

  • Track and analyze content and campaign performance
  • Use insights to iterate and improve marketing initiatives
  • Conduct keyword research and support SEO strategy
  • Assist with ad hoc research, internal branding efforts, and creative marketing initiatives

About you

✅ Legally eligible to work in PH as an Independent Contractor
✅ Strong fluency in written and verbal English
✅ You must have your own laptop / computer and secure, high speed, secure internet access
✅ 4+ years in a digital marketing, content creation, copywriting or similar role
Proficient in spreadsheet management (Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets) or and database software
Familiar with CMS platforms and social scheduling tools (e.g., WordPress, Buffer, Later)
✅ Graphic Design experience to include Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma (or similar)
✅ You’re organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling different tasks.
