Marketing Operations Specialist
As a Marketing & Technology Operations Specialist you’ll help the client optimize their tech stack and elevate automation efforts along the customer journey from marketing to ongoing client outreach. If you're tech-savvy, organized, and comfortable building systems that drive growth, this role is for you.
📍 Location: 100% Remote (Philippines-based)
⏰ Schedule: Full-time, PST (California) hours
💼 Role Type: Independent Contractor
💸 Rate: ₱400/hour (starting, based on experience)
What you’ll do: The team already has a solid foundation— a high performing sales team, an experienced creative agency partner, an in-house marketer, and a host of tools.
And now they’re looking for someone who can bring it all together - integrating tools, automating processes, optimizing platforms, and elevating performance across the digital ecosystem.
Marketing Automation & CRM Optimization
- Build and optimize workflows within the CRM (Pipedrive)
- Maximize CRM database to improve lead nurturing and marketing automation
- Integrate and align tools like ZoomInfo to support lead gen efforts
- Coordinate between marketing and sales to ensure automation supports pipeline and revenue goals
Digital Infrastructure & Website Optimization
- Lead the launch and optimization of our new website domain, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns and lead capture strategies
- Implement basic website optimization (UX, page speed, mobile responsiveness) to drive better engagement and conversion
- Manage and execute a strong SEO strategy
- Ongoing performance tracking using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, or equivalent
Tool Integration & IT Support
- Evaluate and streamline existing tools and platforms (G Suite, Microsoft Suite, Otter.ai, ZoomInfo etc.)
- Drive system integration and support light IT projects (e.g., transitions, tool consolidations, automations)
- Ensure Otter.ai and other AI assistants are properly configured for internal meeting support and post-call summaries
- Ad hoc projects as needed
About you:
✅ Legally eligible to work in PH as an Independent Contractor
✅ Strong fluency in written and verbal English
✅ You must have your own laptop / computer and secure, high speed, secure internet access
✅ 2+ years in a Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations or similar role
✅ Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Pipedrive or other CRMs
✅ Tech-savvy with a keen interest in emerging technologies (AI, efficiency tools, etc!)
✅ Proven knowledge of marketing automation platforms and Zapier
✅ Familiarity with integration projects and connecting platforms for operational efficiency
✅ Experience in SEO and website optimization, including keyword strategy and performance tools
