Ensure ongoing completeness and accuracy of customer data (invoices, rate cards, contracts, configurations, etc.).
Update configurations reflecting changes in customers’ logistics networks.
Support Customer Success & Sales with insights that feed into QBRs and upsell opportunities.
Improve automation and reduce manual data handling wherever possible.
3. Dispute Management
Liaise with customers and their LSPs to raise invoice disputes and follow them through to resolution.
Provide clear, professional communication using correct logistics & supply chain terminology.
Track dispute progress and ensure accurate visibility of customer-facing tasks.
4. Additional Responsibilities
Analyze complex data sets to support customer simulations, proofs of concept, and business cases.
Provide regular internal and customer-facing updates on assigned tasks.
Maintain accurate task statuses, logs, and trackers for project visibility.
